How to Resize Your Photo & Signature

Step 1: Check the Official Notification

Before using the tool, open the official notification PDF of the exam you are applying for. Look for the "Document Upload" section and note down the exact Width and Height required (e.g., Width: 200px, Height: 230px for SSC photos).

Step 2: Upload Your Images

Click on the "Choose Files" button on our homepage. You can select a single photo or multiple images (like your photo, signature, and left thumb impression) at the same time from your gallery or computer.

Step 3: Enter the Target Dimensions

In the input boxes provided, enter the Width (px) and Height (px) that you noted down in Step 1. Make sure you enter numbers only.
